Yesterday, MCD Elektronik was represented at the “Beruf aktuell” 2026 career fair at the CCP Pforzheim and welcomed many interested students. In numerous conversations, exciting insights into training and career opportunities at MCD Elekttronik were shared. The personal interaction and the keen interest in technical professions, in particular, made the day at the fair a valuable experience.
The education and career fair demonstrated once again how important direct interaction between young people and companies is. For MCD Elektronik, one thing is clear: supporting the next generation is a crucial building block for the industry’s future.
