Modular design for maximum flexibility

The MCD SmartModuleS combines powerful testing technology with a particularly compact and modular design. The basis is an industrial mini PC with Windows 11 IoT, integrated uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and extensive interfaces such as Gbit-LAN, USB 3.0/3.1, DisplayPort, WLAN and Bluetooth. Optionally, the system can be expanded with an integrated touch display and operated directly at the test station. Thanks to the four modular slots, the MCD SmartModuleS can be flexibly adapted to a wide range of testing requirements. Measuring and testing modules can be replaced or supplemented at any time, without complex configuration. Automatic module recognition enables quick conversion and reduces integration effort. Thanks to its compact design, the MCD SmartModuleS is ideal for development, validation, small series testing as well as use in the laboratory and production. It offers a flexible alternative to classic, large-scale testing systems and enables consistent use from test development to production.
