The MCD team is happy to welcome two new, motivated colleagues: Mr. Marcel Ruiz (on the right of the photo) and Mr. Leon Zober (on the left of the photo)! Two new team members who not only understand technology but will also actively help drive its development forward.
Marcel Ruiz has been part of the @MCDelektronik team as a hardware developer since July 1. After completing his apprenticeship as an electronics technician, Mr. Ruiz pursued further technical training at the Heinrich Hertz School in Karlsruhe and successfully completed the program at MCD in June with a project titled “Design and Implementation of a High-Precision DMM Module for Integration into a Modular Test System.” This project resulted in the development of a module insert for the MCD SmartModuleS. Mr. Ruiz is currently working on the development of a laboratory power supply with 16 outputs – from the circuit diagram and layout to the eventual firmware.
Leon Zober also brings fresh ideas to the company. He has successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician and is now pursuing his technician’s degree at the Heinrich Hertz School. As part of this, Mr. Zober is writing his technician’s thesis at MCD, which focuses on the development of a new calibration tool for the MCD AudioAnalyzer, as the current solution is slated to be replaced in the future. His stated goal: to develop solutions that will advance MCD’s technical capabilities in the test lab. What’s especially great: they already know each other from their education time, and now they’re again working side by side at MCD on solutions that are directly incorporated into the measurement technology.
