The new trainees and DH students at @MCD Elektronik have now been at MCD for three weeks and have already had a chance to look around the company. So it was time to welcome them to the @MCD Young Professionals and give them a proper welcome to Birkenfeld.
Therefore, today was “MCD Young Professionals Day”, which was all about getting to know the company and each other even better, as well as internalizing the procedures and processes at MCD headquarters. To this end, the MCD trainers developed exciting tasks, including profile bingo, a mini time travel adventure, and the construction of the MCD organizational chart in the form of a human organism.
At the end of the day, the focus was once again on team building with laser tag games at @Teamtag in Schömberg and networking over a joint dinner at @Burger Heart in Pforzheim
It was an exciting day for the “professionals of the future,” which was prepared with great attention to detail by the trainers. A sincere gratitude for the commitment and participation!
