The “MCD Wall of Heroes” was created to honor employees whose exceptional achievements drive the progress of MCD Elektronik GmbH. Once a year, at MCD employee meetings, employees who have particularly distinguished themselves in the areas of “Performance” or “Innovation” are recognized.
This year, CEO Dr. Thomas Däubler was delighted to honor Business Development Manager Labib Feidy as a “MCD Performance Hero” with the honorary title of “Growth Guardian”.
Through his outstanding achievements in key account management, his consistent implementation of innovative ideas, and his successful establishment of industry-leading benchmarks, Mr. Feidy has made a significant contribution to MCD’s development, growth, and success. In addition, Mr. Feidy serves as project manager for the TOP 100 competition, thanks to which the Birkenfeld-based company has celebrated nine consecutive victories to date.
