MCD Elektronik is delighted to have successfully implemented the new AudioAnalyzer VTS2030 unit in collaboration with ATX. The solution combines precise audio measurement technology with a highly flexible adapter mechanism and offers optimal conditions for automated test processes in electronics manufacturing.
The unit enables audio measurements in a specially developed ATX adapter, in which the AudioAnalyzer board is used as the DUT. For automated loading and unloading, for example by robotics, a new ME2P adapter with a 90° opening is used, which can also be opened and closed automatically. A wiring-free support plate facilitates handling, while a mechanical lock reliably secures the adapter in both the open and closed positions.
The system is supplemented by a new VTS2030 single rack in 19″ format, which is installed in a control cabinet. The test processes utilize the wide range of functions offered by the AudioAnalyzer. The MCD TestMate test software visualizes both the generated and measured signals.
This implementation clearly demonstrates how partnership-based cooperation between MCD Elektronik and ATX enables innovative solutions.
