As one of ten thousand companies nationwide, the &#8220;Hidden Champion&#8221; from Birkenfeld was able to open its doors to Elias Finkbeiner and Nico Bleiholder and welcomed the two pupils.<\/p>\n<p>Getting a taste of real-world work, learning about MCD processes, and gaining genuine insights &#8211; all of this was possible both in the MCD manufacturing and software department. The result: a fully functional weather station, for which both the hardware was assembled and the software was programmed.<\/p>\n<p>The whole MCD team wishes Elias and Nico all the best for their future and hopes to perhaps welcome them to the team one day as MCD Young Professionals.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The first steps into the professional world have been taken &#8211; and with a self-built and programmed weather station!
